My salesman Sam Ross has gone above and beyond since the first day that I called to inquire about the availability of the car that I was looking for. I had already had a quote from another dealership in the area and the quote that he gave me saved me a lot of money. I bought the car on friday and have still texted him with questions about different features and he is still just as available today on Wednesday as he was prior to purchasing the vehicle. I just received another email from him stating that his job did not end when I left the store. I have never received this type of care and Customer Service from any dealership. After my wife's 2020 Honda Pilot, EXL-AWD was totaled in an accident, we search nationwide for a 2022 replacement. Given the ongoing supply chain and chip problems we were unable to find a new car in the model, color or equipment options we preferred. We decided to look for a Certified Pre Owned Pilot (CPO) with as low of miles as possible. Again, we searched nationwide and were very disappointed with the lack of customer service and potential fraud we experienced with a number of dealers. We were very disappointed that we would have to pay extra for a CPO certification for cars advertised as Honda CPO. Honda, and law enforcement should police this type of dishonest behavior. Now, to AutoNation Honda at Bel Air Mall. When we found a 2021 CPO Pilot with very few miles in Mobile, AL 420 miles away from our home, we were willing to at least investigate the possibility of a purchase. We met Paul Landry online and negotiated the purchase via phone, text and email. Paul was straightforward and honest with every aspect of the negotiations. He supplied the CarFax report that assured me that this car was indeed CPO and that the certification was already built into the price. He personally inspected the car while on the phone with me and described every detail. He even arranged to send all of the paperwork to an AutoNation dealer in Marietta, GA, not far from our home, so we could minimize my time in Mobile when I flew in to pick up the car. Upon my arrival, Paul greeted me took care of the final paperwork very quickly, walked around the car with me, which was spotless and had a full tank of gas. Car buying has always been my least favorite activity, but given the very good experience that I had with Paul and AutoNation Honda at Bel Air Mall, I would probably travel to Mobile again if I needed another vehicle. Thanks to Paul Landry and the entire crew.

Finaly, at 7:15 pm I said, "..we're leaving & be back next day. Gen Mgr then came out & insisted I write a full price check for car to save it, & I did reluctantly. Next morning with appointment time still waited on Finance,, & was quoted a ridiculous interest rate with both my wife & mine credit scores being high 700's. Told him NO, I'll get my own financing, & turned him down on all extra warranties, etc, which obviously upset him as well. I have been waiting >6 months for the DVD player to be fixed stating it is on back order and now my transmission fluid is on back order and I have not been able to have the appropriate service done on my vehicle. Well up until this last encounter they have been great. It took four trips over two weeks to get the sun visor replaced. First we left our car because they didn’t have one in stock and said the replacement would be in at 10 the next morning. After I called several times over the next couple of days I was told I could come get our car and they would call me when it came in. After a week or so and no call I called and was told the part was in. We scheduled an appointment to have it installed. We showed up at the appointment and were informed that that they were backed up and it would take several hours before they could install the part. We rescheduled for the next day showed up and it was installed in 5 minutes. Each trip is about 40 miles. Yuck

I had to have my car worked on due to a recall notice, arrived at 7:00 AM since that was the time I scheduled myself to drop it off through the stores website. I was able to leave my car there overnight, then I received a call the next day to let me know my vehicle was done. Tori kept an eye out for the car I wanted. She found one on a list which didn’t even have a VIN # yet. DO NOT purchase a use car from this company I purchased my son a car less than two months ago and guess what it has a oil leak. He hasn’t even driven the car because we were waiting on his driver license and low and behold we move the car and it’s a puddle. Had a certified mechanic look at the car and was told the oil pan screw was stripped. I called and spoke with Alex the manager and was told they wouldn’t be taking care of it. I guess I’ll be contacting the BBB, fox 10 and my attorney today. I working recommend buying a bike from this people. Also when I purchased they reassured me they would replace the lock cylinder. I left the car there a week after I purchased to allow them time to do so, I come back 7 days later and guess what…. Nothing was done. Just pure bad business. But I want take it!

Bought my 2500 from AutoNation Honda. Scheduled an oil change at 8:30 AM one morning. After sitting there until 9:30, I looked out and saw my truck. I asked if it was ready to go, They told me No, and that the filter was on its way....? They said they don't carry filters for my 2500 in stock. That is fine, but when you schedule appointment online, it should either give you a heads up about a delay or make sure they have it in stock. I could have gone somewhere else and been in and out in 20 minutes. I left AutoNation Honda at 9:50 with no oil change. Frustrating

I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Civic EX for my great niece. The same day that we purchased the car, she hit a pothole which resulted in the TPMS light illuminating. I took the car to Firestone and the right rear sensor was replaced, but the TPMS light remained on. After a couple visits and at the recommendation of Firestone, I took the car to AutoNation and spoke with Asst Service Mgr Brian Jackson. Brian and mechanic James Bagley determined the sensor that Firestone replaced, while reporting in as good, was not programming properly. They installed a Honda sensor and the problem was resolved. I was very appreciative of both Brian and James for a job well done!

When were received our Chevrolet Impala it was not clean. We are not smokers and it reeked of cigarette smoke. We later went to Auto Nation Ford to look at a vehicle for my daughter and asked the service center there if they had something to get the smoke smell out. They did spray something that just masked the smell. We have worked for the past two weeks trying to clean the vehicle to get the smell out. We have tried sprays, etc....... We finally change the air filter two days ago which should have been changed as part of the maintenance before the vehicle on the lot for sale. That finally helped but it has been hard riding around in a vehicle that smelled like smoke esp. when you don't smoke. It was giving us a headache. The salesperson said that they could put a car bomb in to get rid of it but every time my husband called it was not available. I believe we can now enjoy the vehicle since it smells much better than when it was given to us. What happened to a car being cleaned before it is given to you. Clearly, those days are over. The integrity of the dealerships is long gone. Now they are just trying to sell these vehicles at any costs to the purchasers during this pandemic.

TERRIBLE place to buy a vehicle from. Bring your business elsewhere. They sold us a vehicle with a bad transmission and either a) knowingly sold it like this but did not tell us, or b) did not have the car serviced. Either way, they gave us a car that we cannot drive. They have a 5 day return policy. When the car started to act up (WITHIN THE 5 DAYS), we brought it to them to look at. They then told us that they couldn’t work on this type of vehicle so it would need to go to a different dealership, so we left the car for them to do so. Why are they selling a vehicle they can’t even work on??? That’s the million dollar question. All of this happened on a Friday. THEY HELD THE CAR UNTIL THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY before bringing it to the other dealership. It took about a day or two for that dealership to determine the transmission was bad. Conveniently for them, the five day return policy was no longer applicable. This has been absolutely ridiculous. Do the right thing Honda!!! Take this car back and return our money. Y’all have screwed us out of a vehicle and $10,000. I’m sure we aren’t the only ones you guys have done this to either. How can someone in good conscious do this to someone else. We have a baby for Pete’s sake…. and y’all are going to sell us a vehicle that is not even safe to drive. All this dealership cares about is money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

My van had a factory defect in the radio antenna in the back window. It took over 5 times of visiting (many times an all day excursion) to determine that was the issue. They constantly just updated the software and told me that there was no issue. I would email video of the issue as requested. After it was determined to be the window, they ordered a new one and told me they would call me the next morning with expected timeline as it was too late in the day when I left the service department and they would give my van a cleaning, etc to make up for the time it took to diagnose the issue and to fix it. I have yet to hear back from them months later and after numerous calls that go to voice-mail, no call backs to my messages, and emails with dealership instead of deal with trying to track them down to fix it as I live over an hour away. The employees were friendly in person and happy to help, but almost impossible to contact. You should plan to spend the day there even if you have a 9 am oil change scheduled.

I was told that they would take 1 hour to diagnose my Pilot's transmission problem and it would cost $85. Three hours later I finally complained and got the diagnosis of a bad sensor. They didn't have the part and wouldn't for two days. I went to an independent transmission repair shop that diagnosed the same problem in 5 minutes for free. He also couldn't get the part but found a used part and replaced it with no charge. Honda had quoted $680 when they got the part. It took 30 minutes to change the part and get me back on the road. Honda will not see me again.

Bought a 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat Oct 21st 2021, less than 3 weeks ago. ($30,000.00) got it home late that night, I live about 110 miles away, noticed the navigation/entertainment system constantly froze up on it. Next day we figured just reset it and it would be fine. Well it wasn’t. That was on a Friday afternoon the day after I purchased it so I started calling the sales guy I dealt with Monday morning told him the problem and he gets me in touch with the service department, leave a couple of messages and no one returns my call. Call back the next morning (Tuesday) talk to a different salesman and told him my problem I had with nav/entertainment system and he reply’s “you should have a 90 day warranty” and that I also purchased an additional 2yr warranty with the truck so let me check on it and see what we can do. Didn’t hear anything that day so I call back Wednesday (all this is going on less than a week after I bought it remember) so I asked to talk to Stuart (sales manager) told him what was going on with it so he tells me let him see what he could find out on it. He calls back that afternoon to inform me there’s nothing they could do about it !! I couldn’t believe it, a 90 day warranty and it’s not covered, what!! Here’s the real kicker besides that, they give me an “AutoNation 125 point certified” form with the truck and point #48 reads, Check function of Radio and navigation, Clear phone book memory and any saved address location. Needless to say the previous owners phone book and names were still in the system, never removed because it took myself several tries to get it off because it constantly freezes up. There’s no way this system was ever checked out, but yet on their “AutoNation 125 Point Certified “ they checked the “Meets Standards” box and not the “Repair Required” box. I explained this to Stuart that Wednesday afternoon about the previous names and phone book memory still in it and it really didn’t matter. So here it is Nov. 8, 2021 finally got an appointment with Courtesy Ford in Hattiesburg Ms and they put it on a diagnostic machine (that cost $125.00) and found the APIM module needed replacing, the cost $1,135.00. By the way, the “AutoNation 125 point certified” list they gave me when I bought the truck, just to prove they don’t check anything unless it’s obvious Point #78 reads “Windshield Washer Fluid”, Top Off and Test, it’s bone dry. I stopped at a AutoZone after I had noticed it wasn’t working and bought a gallon of window wash and put it in and it still could hold more, that’s how dry it was. It worked after adding it, would have been nice if something that easy was wrong with the nav/entertainment system. But hey, it meets their standards. Pretty low standards don’t you think. This isn’t over by a long shot, I’ve reached out to a local attorney’s office to see what my options are and they are “Great,” they meet my standards!! I’ll keep all you new customers updated

I'm not a customer of this dealership but I know folks who are; and, the things they're telling me are concerning. Repeated trips to the service department for the same or very similar issues; or, perhaps the primary issues that should have been found when the initial service was performed. Frequent trips like these call into question the possibility of work covered by warranty being performed that might not actually be necessary? Requesting their customers give them favorable ratings on surveys with the promise of future discounts in return? Not once but repeatedly reminding customers of their desire for favorable reviews. My thoughts on this situation are: Every job should be done thoroughly and accurately without haste to keep from having to do it over!! Do it right the first time meaning? if something is done right the first time, it is done perfectly every time, and no time and money is wasted correcting errors caused by doing it too fast or without controlling quality.

From the time we walked in to the time we left (which was at least an hour after everyone working there should’ve gotten off), everyone was so helpful and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them whatsoever! Keith was so nice, the manager was also great, and Ambree was SO sweet and wonderful at her job as well! Pretty sure she’s one of my new favorite people. Thank you all again for staying late for us and doing everything you did to get us into our new car!

They done an oil change and then rotated my tires on Aug. 5, 2021 and the tech raise my CRV up on the lift and used the running boards to lift, therefore it pushed the running into my front doors causing them to scrape the bottom of the car doors on each side. When I called them about it they wanted me to come in and see for their self,, so I did. I told them I want camper city to put the new running boards on, but they had other ideas, so they want to order the boards from Honda.. I'm a caregiver to my husband who has stage 4 cancer and can only leave him at limited time. Then they want me to come back on Mon. 16,2021. I told I couldn't Any Tammy sent me a picture of some running boards that look just like the ones I had on my car, but when Ii went down there on the 16th of Aug. they didn't show me the on they were putting on, any way needless to say the ones they put on are cheap made and are made of aluminum and small.. the ones i had on were bigger and made of chrome and were more expensive they just want to get out of paying for what they damage.. I have bought 5 cars from them over the years and I willl never buy another one there ! The customer service has deteriorated. My son and sat there and when people came in to work they would walk right my us and never speak until I say something to them.. I was work in public service all my life and never treated people like this. I shall tell everyone about the worse experience at this dealership. I told them I wanted camper city to put on the new running boards. They will get as good as they give. So I feel like I was ripped off due to their mistake!. I got cheap running boards now. And they told me 21/2 hourss it endedd up being 3hours and 15minutes. Ii will go to Eastern Shore Honda. I would advise everyone to also.

I had a very frustrating experience when we purchased my Honda Odyssey. Now the side moldings and mud flaps have been scheduled to be installed for over a month, yet I’ve beenwaiting in the lobby for over 3 hours for those two tasks to be completed. My appt was set for 9:30am over a month ago to make installation smooth and quick. It’s been a waste of my entire day, especially since I have to drive over and back from Biloxi, MS. Never again!

I went in for my 100,000-mile service and maintenance. They discovered a leaking axle seal and replaced it. This could have led to my transmission going out had they not caught it. I am so thankful. I brought my Honda Insight into the Mobile, AL Honda dealership because of a damaged tire. We talked about the various options, then spoke with Brian Jackson, one of the Service Writers there. He generated a service ticket and handled the process from there. I left the dealership for work and surprising to me there was a courtesy service shuttle that was available to take my wife . Therefore, I didn't have to drive back home. Several days later, I was notified that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I came in and finished the service transaction. I was very please with the overall results, how I was taken care of, and look forward to continuing working with the dealership.

We needed to purchase 4 vehicles. After several days of negotiating and being told an “out the door price” I was told that didn’t include taxes and fees. After sharing my frustrations with The internet sales manager, Alex, he was unapologetic for their miscommunication. I was told “this car will sell. I don’t NEED you to buy this car” I was shocked by this comment because I thought they were trying to earn my business. I called and spoke to Derek the general manager. He said he could “maybe apologize for the rude comment” and challenged the fact that I could find a vehicle for the price we agreed on initially. The whole process was frustrating with autonation! Customer service is not essential to their business! Luckily we found Bob Boyte Honda in moss point and had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!

Purchase a vehicle 2 weeka ago and had a broken part in the suspension area and this dealership refuse to fix it under warranty. They screwed with the warranty by not telling the truth after being told it is full bumper to bumper coverage. The 2 auto repair shops that I had to spoke to have said the dealership should replace the part under the warranty. I will NOT recommend anyone trust this dealership and service department. They will lie in your face. Very disgusting and disappointing. Will be reporting the business to their Corporation and the BBB and other agencies.

Brought car into this location three times for the same check engine light problem. Told first time it was gas cap tightening issue which I was skeptical about since I'd had the car two years without this issue before and it didnt start until days after I'd last filled up... it happened again weeks later, noticed it was happening when it got cold, it happened days after fueling up. Knowing that it might be something more, I was notified I'd need to leave my car in over the weekend, I needed my vehicle and decided to reschedule, but when I picked up the car the light was off anyway. So third time it happened weeks later, and the reason for my complaint. I call and get scheduled for a saturday with an advisor who wasnt my normal, apparently she never listened to my description of the problem, or look at my car history with this. All they did was get the error code and reset the system, and I was told TWICE, that I basically didnt know how to tighten a gas cap on a car I have owned for two years without these problems. Bringing a car in for service like this is my last option, I exhausted many attempts to solve this before. I'd looked online, etc, tried numerous times unscrewing and then tightening the cap again. Instead I was lectured twice about this, the first time I can almost let slide, but when this woman did it the second time when I picked up the car I was mad but left without making a scene, I wasted my morning on this. Now guess what, once the weather dipped in the last week or so, I got the SAME ERROR AGAIN, and once again have scheduled service, though this time with my normal tech... my complaint mainly stems from being talked to like I was an idiot last time by the lady in your service department

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If I could give a zero rating for the Auto Nation Honda Bel Air Mall dealership, I would. Today, Friday March 5, 2021 at approximately 10:00 am, my husband put a $500 deposit down on a 2021 Honda CR-V EX- L AWD vehicle. We were told to arrive at the dealership tomorrow, 3/6/21 at 9:00 am to pick up the vehicle and finalize the paperwork. Much to our surprise, my husband was contacted this afternoon and told that the car, which we believed and were told we had secured with a $500 deposit, had been sold. When speaking to the sales manager my husband was told "the best they could do was knock $383 off of a 2020 Honda CR-V EX-L AWD". Pretty much, take it or leave it. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism of the sales staff at this dealership. I just called to speak with a manager and was argued with about the $500 deposit and hung up on. This company does not care about the customer. In the trying times we are living in, conducting business remotely is a necessity. If you are trusting the staff at this dealership to be competent enough to secure a vehicle for you and conduct business remotely and safely during a global pandemic, you will be sadly disappointed.

From Kalisha the sales rep who not only helped me pick out a beautiful car and get a great deal, but is just a cool person to sit down and chat with, to Ambree in Finance who is a wizard at her job, incredibly knowledgeable, fast, and low-pressure, to India in service who helped with accessorizing it and servicing my wife?s Odyssey on very short notice when a tire went out, to the Manager Greg Vance who seems to genuinely care that his customers leave feeling satisfied - it was great all-around. Buying/leasing a car is a stressful experience and you always wonder if you got the best deal possible, but I left feeling satisfied and happy with the transaction which is a best-case scenario. There are some great people working there and I?d be happy to do business with them again and recommend them to family.

Dealer isn’t fixing the vehicle and apparently the warranty that came with the vehicle isn’t responsible or covering repairs because “the vehicle was broken when we bought it”. Shady business, even shadier people. Can’t believe we were conned by what was supposed to be a reputable dealer. Dealer warranty doesn’t cover vehicle and Stuart basically said it wasn’t his problem either.

I bought my Honda Pilot here in July. I’ve had it in twice this past week for service and was unimpressed each time. The people at the service desk couldn’t care less about the customers. The gal I was working with was looking at her personal cellphone while she was waiting to talk to my insurance company, when I standing right in front of her. I said hello to the man sitting by the coffee pot, which was down to empty, and he just looked at me, so I said hello again and he managed to force out a reply. He also seemed engrossed in his own personal cellphone. I took my car into a Honda dealer in Chicago twice before I moved down here full time and both times my car was returned washed, and I didn’t even buy it from them. Not the same story at Autonation. It was not washed either time I brought it in. When I inquired about that, the gal told me I have to request a car wash. Guess next time I’ll request friendly service people too, maybe it’s all my fault after all...

Today I received a call from Honda service manager Mr. Pak. I was very pleased that Honda reached back out to us. He apologized for my bad experience and we reached a good agreement on how to move forward so we can feel confident in bringing our Honda back to this service department in the future. I wouldn't recommend the service department! They are scamming con artists! I know it's their job to sell extra services, why do you have to lie! Told me my 1yr SUV tires were no good, a brand new car, haven't even reached 30k miles yet tires are bad. Did you tell me that on the last visit NO. they refused to do my alignment, saying I could get that done once I purchase a new set of tires! so you threaten me, intimidate me because I refused to buy new tires! I went and got a second opinion, they confirmed y'all are liars! All I needed was a alignment, not a new set of tires. How can I trust them from now own if you are going to lie to me? I like my SuV, but I hate going back to them for service! Service manager gave us the run around and backed his crooked mechanics. Your service department sucks! Crooks!

I've never felt so angry before. I purchased a brand new CRV 2019 exactly 1 year ago. I took it to this Honda for scheduled maintenance and those liars for mechanics said my tires were so bad they would not compete my alignment, but they said I could purchase a new set, then pay for an alignment. Took my car to another tire shop, nothing wrong at all with my tires, just needed an alignment! They made me feel so awful, I'm afraid to keep taking my car there. This service department is not trustworthy at all!

Everything about AutoNation is tip top! I have owned three leases through them. I am always treated fantastically. The facilities are always pristeen every time I am there. I am able to get work done via their free WiFi and love having snacks and drinks available.

Safety recall repairs were performed in the same day. TerriAnn was great and explained the repairs needed. I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up that afternoon.I also had a gear shift button replaced and it works well.

My experience was really poor. Despite appointment and canceling work on recall as it would take longer than excepted, I had to find out by Vehicle was untouched 1 hr past my appointment time. Only after inquiring to take it since it was outside and looked ready, they worked on it and this time were able to get it done in 15 mins. And I didn't c where they measured tire pressure or refilled? I thought this was part of oil change service. Anyways, this is very unprofessional and not everyone was wearing mask.

The wait seemed a little long, but they were doing a thorough inspection, and they found a problem which they repaired. The Assistant Service Manager, India Leslie, went above and beyond the call of duty to keep me informed , and to make sure I was comfortable and not needing anything. Several times, she asked all of the patrons in the waiting room if they needed anything.

If I could give zero stars then I would. There is a serious sense of dishonesty, aggressive sales tactics, and lack of professionalism here. Any prospective car buyer is much better off visiting other nearby locations such as Pensacola Honda or Tameron Honda in Daphne. These sales people will be in the unemployment line once online ordering finishes them off.

I used the Costco Auto Program and received several thousand off the MSRP. I was contacted before visiting, and promptly greeted at, the dealership. Michelle D, a senior sales person, worked quickly to show the features of the Elite (I had a Pilot EX-L). After test driving it - she advocated a good trade value on my Pilot. I was fully expecting them to put me on hold and let me fall into the deep unknown of "on-hold" land and be given the run around like any other service department I've been on hold with in the past ,but that was most definitely not the case. I was able to get an oil change, transmission and break fluid flushed, tires rotated with an alignment, front and rear breaks changed and replacement of the timing belt. Same day and within 6 hours. We were not disappointed. My wife enjoyed talking to India Leslie when we arrived and was happy not to be rushed when she talked about the work needing to be done on our Pilot. Our mechanic Byron and manager Brian never hassled us over any kind of labor or work done. The problem was fixed perfectly on our Pilot and we will for sure come back to Honda for work if needed. Describe my experience OK. This is my first time doing a Survey. Showed up to Honda early in the morning to get my car service. My service advisor INDiA LESLiE always speaking and smiling to everybody, asking them how's there day is going. So she ask me how can I help you to. So I told her that I was having Brake problems and I needed to get a oil change. So she ask me what was going on with your breaks. So I told her that they wasn't stopping like they should be. So She suggested some ideas on some breaks for my car. Gave me some prices, and explain to me the best brakes that would be good for my car. So I told her to go ahead and do the breaks and the oil change. Couldn't believe how fast it took to finish all of that. I was sent a service reminder and advised I could easily make an appt online! The online site needs to be updated and corrected! It provides a way to schedule service online, but does not show the hours, and when I made an appt for 8:00(which shows first available) I then find it?s been open since 7 when I arrived! I had to wait two hours for my first service experience. Luckily I had the luck of rearranging my schedule, some people don?t! The service people were very nice though!

I used to take my Honda to Firestone for locality convienience but they continuously made mistakes and were irritated when I took my vehicle back to get them to correct their mistakes. AutoNation do the job right and do it professionally. They corrected the last mistake made by Firestone which they were unable to resolve. 10/19/2019 I traded my truck in on a 2016 Odyssey EX-L. This vehicle was sold to me as a Honda Certified Pre Owned. It hadn't even had the inspection, detail cleaning, or a little spot of damage repaired yet. Had to return vehicle on Monday the 21st for all of this. I live in Pensacola. So a tank of gas wasted. Was told they would make sure it was full of gas, it was not. The damage repair I'm not happy with because of the over spray and fender liner has holes where tire was rubbing it from damage to bumper cover. And am absolutely positive they didn't get the taxes correct in the finance work. Will find out when I'm contacted by the DMV to come register it. All the extra miles, 186 to be exact, when they should have kept it and did everything first. I was without a vehicle all this past week. UHG!!!!! I haven't even had a manager reach out to me as of today 10/30/19.. Certified Preowned paperwork still has never been filled out. So far not impressed with AutoNation Honda. The salesman John was great that's it as far as our experience goes. Can't believe a member of management hasn't returned or accepted any phone calls. OBVIOUSLY AutoNation Honda Mobile only cares about their profit margins.

The service started off great! Micah even delivered our 2019 Ridgeline P/U to our home in Fairhope, AL. But the vehicle was dirty with smudges on the ceiling of the car and the bed of the truck was filthy. We had Honda put a locking cover on it. Then they call for me to do the survey. All they were interested in was me giving them all 10's. They would clean my car, and do everything to make me happy. Not! Once I did the survey everything changed. I took the car to Mobile yesterday wanting it to be cleaned properly. All they did was remove a few smudges from the ceiling. It is still just as dirty as when I bought it except the morning after I had it delivered, I spent an hour cleaning the bed of the truck. I am so unhappy with them. I would never recommend them or Micah to anyone. Thank goodness a friend of mine who was fixing to purchase a Honda did not listen to my recommendation. She purchased from Honda in Daphne, AL. Don't buy from HondaNation in Mobile!

Being a first time car purchaser, I was expecting to be hassled with and pressured into buying more options, but that wasn?t the case. Herschell really made it a comfortable and easy purchase for me. The only part of the process that made it a 4/5 star for me was the length of time it took from purchase to driving off the lot due to waiting to get the car in for final inspections and cleaning. Took my 2018 Ridgeline for scheduled maintenance. Oil change and filter only. After waiting about an hour I asked the rep why taking so long. She stated there was also a recall and would only be a few minutes to complete both oil and recall. Waited another hour and again asked what’s the problem. She went to service area and checked and stated maintenance was putting in oil and only a few more minutes. After about 15 more minutes rep came to get me and stated “No charge as they were slow”. If you’re planning to purchase from out of state- DO NOT! I’m not even sure I would recommend buying for an in state buyer. The communication was horrible! The sales manager, Stuart started off not returning calls or texts which got us off wrong. I called Michelle (handles title paperwork) last Friday (5/17)and surprise no call back until today when I had to again reach out, this time via Google and convey my frustration. I had a call back almost immediately! I understand maybe she was off the weekend but it’s Tuesday, that’s more than enough time to call me back! The day after I confirmed the sale, gave a $4300 down payment, the finance loan papers sent to me were sent out late despite the dealer having ALL day to send them they missed the 5pm deadline for an overnight delivery. In addition to this, the papers sent weren’t done right so had to be resent. The second set were also wrong but we signed them anyway. I just wanted my car. Fast forward to today, the first time I’ve been given any paperwork from my 05/03 sale. The contract included car price and sales tax along with a reasonable dealer fee. Well, apparently the sales tax was calculated wrong so this leaves me to pay an additional $500 due to their error! I feel like this is a breach of contract. It was contract price and sales tax. Now it’s not? I didn’t even think to double check their numbers! Of course they’re not reasonable at all!! This is going to fall on me! I would’ve given $500 less on my down payment if I had known this was the case as I didn’t anticipate this expense! This dealership has fell extremely short of even mediocre expectations! So disappointing!

My daughter is turning 16 next week. I have a 2013 Accord I have been getting ready to give to her. I changed the battery and after it asked for a security code. So I call and ask if they could give me the code. They tell me I have to bring it in and it will be a $75 charge to reset the radio. NO!! I call a friend that works for a well known dealership and they tell me it’s in the owners manual. Sure enough it was. I put the code in and like new. Point of this story is how many people brings their car in for a simple two second fix and a charge of $75. That’s not good business. I will not recommended or bring my car to this business.

We just bought a beautiful Honda Pilot. Breyiahnia Finklea-Jackson was our saleswoman extraordinaire! The Pilot has a lot of bells and whistles that I have never had before. Breyiahnia took the time to show me all the features and then take us on a drive and show us how to use them. Then I took a test drive and my husband took a test drive. It was the best experience! She was able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. The rest of the car-buying process went smoothly and we appreciate that Breyiahnia and John Hinckle stayed late to take care of us. We live in Florida and had to take delivery at a later time than when we were at the dealership. Breyiahnia again went above and beyond to get the Pilot to us. I highly recommend AutoNation Honda for a stress-free car buying experience.

I purchased a used Tahoe, Vehicle was in excellent shape minus a couple of issues, Tire sensor was bad, Drivers door mirror would not operate and passenger door lock wouldn?t work. Was walking out not going to purchase and the salesman and manager assured me they would come pick up vehicle and do repairs. Like a dummy I agreed. After calling for 2 weeks to come pick up, and sending an email, manager called and said salesman was out on medical leave and that I could drop off at my convenience for them to do repairs, when I asked about them picking up and dropping off a rental, He could not do that but at time of purchase they agreed to everything! Just so I would make purchase! Typical Car dealership! Called today to go drop off and now Manager says there is nothing he can do! This is total BS! Do NOT purchase a car from these people!

One of the service writers who I spoke with on the phone pretty much bullied me into using them. I originally was going to use Pat Peck in Gulfport and found out I would be in mobile, so I thought it would be convenient. I set my appointment. When I realized that I would not be in Mobile at that time, I called to cancel. To let them know that I would just use the Dealership in Gulfport. I was told that I could not do that, that I had to use the dealership in Mobile that is almost an hour away from me. Nearly 100 miles round trip for me. I was told the recall that I needed would take 2-3 hours. I asked for a Loaner vehicle to use while that was being performed, as I have a 3 year old and wanted to keep him busy. That was not an option. So my options was to sit at the Dealership or bring a second vehicle. When we arrived at the store, the service writer Elizabeth is who checked us in. She wasn't rude, but was not friendly whatsoever. It was like we were interrupting her morning by being there. The only reason for the 3 stars was the Other service writer, whom I cannot remember her name was AMAZING. So I recommend this dealership based upon the amazing service writer I spoke with.

The sales person Nelson and Bree did a terrific job. I bought a no-haggle price car. I didn't mind paying the sticker price but what concern me was all the extra fee. I had to pay almost an extra $670 of the sticker price. Technically it was an extra $1000 if one was to account tax but tax are reasonable (even though the government is still shutdown as I'm typing this). In the end I felt the company haggle me. In the future, if you going to advertise no-haggle price, be sure to include at least the documentation fee within the sticker price. They have a 5 days full refund return policy which is great. The first day i bought my used car, I took it to an independent mechanic and the only thing that need fixing was it front and rear brakes but he told me it can wait a few months. I already knew but AutoNation wouldn't budge in fixing this problem before i bought it. I needed a car so i bought it anyway. I probably won't return and probably keep this car. It a reliable model with only 83k miles. I would give this a 2 to 2.5 Stars but the people were never mean and probably were just doing their job.

I dont mind the fact that it was sold, I did not like the fact I received no less than 6 phone calls from at least 4 different people and not one of them bothered to tell me the vehicle was already sold. Went to drive my daughter to school, and had a very flat tire. What a rotten way to start a very busy day. I called AAA, then while waiting called Autonation, Sam’s, & Costco to see about tires. Autonation answered their phone (neither store did). Ambree did an excellent job of getting someone to run me to my meeting, and get my van back on the road. By the time my meeting finished at 11:15, everything was finished and I was able to continue my day. Fantastic service!

Salesman Sam is very unprofessional and not qualified to sell cars. Unethical and dishonest and will sell the vehicle you are trying to purchase while you are at the bank getting funds to come back and sign paperwork. Will make sure to shop for our new van at another dealership and make sure to tell all our friends about our experience so they can avoid the inconvenience of having to start over with this process. Guess we drive to a Daphne or Pensacola dealership for a vehicle!

I live in Florida so I didn't want to spend a whole lot of time haggling and negotiating at the dealership. Not to military service members. Financing lied to me when I asked about their policy on shipping cars overseas on military orders. Do NOT finance the vehicle with them. They have higher interest and they don’t support servicemen. I ended refinancing the car and paying more $ to the DMV to change the title to my new lien holder. Use a bank that supports military members. The NFCU helped me with the authorization letter to send my car overseas and lowered my interest.

If you expect service after the sale, don’t buy a car here. I bought a used car here in November, and regrettingly bought the extended warranty. I totaled the car in July, and have been attempting to cancel the warranty. I’ve called and left numerous voicemails for the finance manager. Not one time has he returned my call. I brought my new car in for warranty work recently. They did not fix the problem, and then called me and asked me to give them 5 stars on the survey for the work they did. This place is very unprofessional and you could not pay me to buy another car from them. They have no clue what customer service is.

The service department broke a piece on my battery cable then informed me that we had to have done it and called both my husband and myself liars to my face. Keep in mind my car was 2 years old!! They wanted at first to put a junkyard part on it because it would be less costly for them. In the meantime I was looking to trade for a new Odyssey, however, when the service department manager informed my husband they didn’t really want our business anymore we knew then it was time to look elsewhere. I purchased a new 2019 Odyssey from Gulfport and will never let AutoNation touch another vehicle I own again!!! They lost my business as well as my family’s.

I just bought my second vehicle from salesman, Nelson Bryant. The first was a Acura and the second a CR-V. Nelson was fabulous! He was not pushy and listened to what I wanted and needed. I have been going to Honda for nearly 12 years now. I recently set up an appointment to get my hatch repaired that was leaking. This was after bringing it in and they preformed the waste test and found nothing wrong. I had to wait until the water was in the hatch and video the water pouring out to show them the was in fact something wrong. They had to order the parts to come the next day. I confirmed with them to make sure I would be able to make it to work at 11am if I brought it back first thing at 730am. When I brought it and waited no one said anything about running late. I asked about the progress at 10am and the technician said 20-25 minutes max. So at 10:25 I ask to go ahead and start paying so I could be ready to go. She had to go get the paperwork which took a few minutes. Then as I began to pay, they said they were going to get my vehicle. I finally got my vehicle at 10:58. I was late for work for my job I just started in April due to my previous place of employment of 20 years closing. I am not one to be late for work. Now I have a mark on my record of being tardy within the first 2 months of employment. I would not have taken it that day if I would've known. I told them I would hold off on bringing it in but they told me I would be able to make it to work on time. I find this unexceptable! If the technician would have found the leak the first time without video proof, this would not have happened. I told him along with my husband telling him exactly where the leak was coming from. We told him it was coming from the hatch. When I brought it back with the video, he said, "Oh, it's coming from the hatch!" I will most likely find somewhere else to bring my business.

I had a great experience buying a car from AutoNation. The salespeople were awesome, the management and the facility are awesome. The Honda cars are awesome, everything is straight aces. However, AutoNation went from 5 stars to 4 stars because they sold me GAP coverage provided by Safe-Guard Products International, LLC If you buy GAP coverage provided by Safe-Guard Products International, LLC and you total your vehicle, there is a high chance that you will not be taken care of. I totaled my Honda on March 09, 2018. Safe-guard Products is purposely procrastinating settling the claim. They have had all required documents since April 2018.. According to the website portal all of the required documents have been received and accepted and there are no notes on the account. So i call them on May 25, 2018 to find out why the loan on the car still hasn't been settled. They explain they have an illegible document. I sent the document in question six weeks ago,..on April 10, 2018, They didn't communicate to me or place a note on the portal explaining any issue with any documents. I had to call them to find out the problem. There is tiny fine print in the GAP contract that says if they do not have all documents within 90 days of loss they will not be liable for the claim. It is as if they are purposely trying to deceive me into believing all documents are good until the time that it will be impossible for me to make the 90 day deadline so they can reject the claim. In the meantime I am still making payments on this car. I am not happy about this at all. Safe-Guard Products International, LLC is single-handedly ruining AutoNation's chance to sell me another Honda.. which is a tragedy. I would absolutely buy another Honda from AutoNation if I knew i never had to deal with Safe-Guard Products International, LLC again. . AutoNation gets 4 stars. Safe-Guard Products International, LLC gets zero stars, for an average review of 2 stars. I would recommend the dealership, , but would not recommend this situation to friends and family.

While I did not get the car that I originally came to purchase, they found me one that was actually lower mileage for the same price. Same year model. I love my 09 Accord and am glad to have found it. They also worked on me with my low credit score to get me the best deal they could. 2 thumbs up.

I looked at ads for several weeks hoping to find a used SUV with third row seat for a decent price. I've always had the mindset that you couldn't get a good deal on a used car from a dealer, so I always but from individuals. AutoNation Honda had a better deal than any private party, and the vehicle was only one year old with very low mileage. Next closest deal was 5 years older with 10k more miles. This had to be one of those "once in a lifetime" finds. The sales group was very courteous and accommodating, even when my bank and insurance company had multiple errors which caused several delays in getting a check available. I'll definitely be back when I start looking for another vehicle.

Great dealership, great salesman! Philbert Martial ("Marshall") answered my email contact with a phone call within minutes and was a pleasure to meet and work with. He had the truck pulled up front, clean and ready to drive, when I got there. After a pleasant test drive, I bought the truck and the extended warranty. There was never any pressure. AutoNation Honda - Mobile... Easy folks to deal with! I'll be back :)

I enjoyed the sales rep and so far the car but I didn't realized when I bought it it doesn't have floor mats and the keys are messed up!! I asked for a replacement key but he said "it's as is" I have a friend who use to work for Honda and told me they lied and said I could have received a new one!! And also I asked for the car to be wiped down and it wasn't done!! It was dusty and dried liquid was on the door!! But overall it wasn't too bad with the deal!! I just wished I would have got what I have asked for!! I figured it was simple!!

This by far was the best car buying experience we have had. We contacted/visited several Honda dealers in the Mobile/Eastern Shore area. AutoNation was the last one we contacted. We called and spoke with Ron Getto. He gave us a quote on the new car (2017 CRV) and emailed us a link to get a quote on our trade-in. Once we had our trade in quote, he emailed us an out the door quote. We were hesitant to think that this quote would stick given the trade in quote was sight unseen. However, when we got to the dealership they not only honored the emailed out the door quote, but Ron was able to get us an additional $500 for our trade-in! Needless to say, we could not be more pleased. Ron was professional and true to his word. The entire process from start to finish was a pleasure. No haggling, no bait and switch tactics. I would highly recommend Ron Getto and AutoNation Honda Mobile to anyone in the market for a car. We ended up saving ~$6,000 on our new car (between new car qote and trade in value) vs Eatern Shore dealer. Same exact car, color etc. Can't say enough positive things about our experience! Thank you, Ron and AutoNation! BTW, I LOVE my new CRV!

I shopped several dealerships over two months time for a small SUV. Lee Thomas listened to my requirements and met them in less time than any other. He is respectful, courteous and efficient. After searching online for close to a month and around 80 different dealerships in a 6 hour radius of my home, I finally made my purchase of a 2013 Honda Accord LX from AutoNation Honda in Mobile. Josh Maloney was an amazing sales person and we communicated via email many times before we were able to come to an agreement. Even with me living in FL, they made the process super simple regarding taxes, etc. I was extremely happy with their professionalism and making sure that I didn't waste a 2 hour trip over there due to some unknown fees. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase!

This was my second lease with Autonation in Mobile, AL. Both times my salesman worked to make my deal happen with favorable terms. The process was quick and not a lot of back and forth. I was very impressed with the service department and staff. They were very cordial and friendly. There was a minor problem with one of my wheels. I was taken to my vehicle and shown the problem. I told them I wanted new wheels and needed new tires for my vehicle and they did the work to search for the right wheels and provided me with the same make and brand of tires that I like. They were ordered and put on. I am very pleased with the ride. The rest of the service was done very well. I could tell the difference in the performance. The price was very reasonable considering all that needed to be done. Job well done!!

First let me say Elizabeth has been very helpful. I brought my car in on Fri April 18th to have basic service and a window looked at for leaking. I purchased my car used in Aug 2013 and purchased an extended warranty. On Friday I was told as my basic service was done to call Precision about the windshield and they would work with honda if its covered through my warranty. I called Precison about 10 min after leaving Honda and they told me they did not handle issues that way. They told me Honda typically sends over an RO number and it is handled that way. Precision made it clear that they were 3 weeks behind on leaks and I could wait my turn. I called Honda this morning and spoke to Elizabeth who was again very helpful. She called everyone and got all the information for me, that was helpful. I am just taken back that a windshield that was put in the car incorrectly, that subsequently leaks, and possible causing damage to the electrical would not be covered under warranty. Did I mention there were no cracks in the windshield. From what I can determine the rubber stripping used to hold the windshield in place was not sealed correctly. I learned a great lesson...never waste your money on an extended warranty. As for the constant insistence to fill out this survey in a positive light, that is pitiful. Pitiful that you have to constantly tell consumers to give you good marks otherwise the service dept will fail. Your service record should stand alone on its own merit. Please do not look to Elizabeth or anyone at the service desk for answers. They did their jobs.

While staying on Dauphin Island our 2014 CR-V experienced overheating. We found a hose off the radiator, reconnected it, and topped off the radiator. We contacted AutoNation Honda and they suggested bringing it in so that they could look at it. From our arrival to our departure the entire experience was professional and well-managed. No price estimate was given as no one was sure of the work that might be involved. The technician tried to recreate the overheating but could not. The engine area was cleaned and fluids topped off. The entire service was performed at no charge under the Honda warranty. While I had some concerns about how a non-resident/non-customer might be treated, our treatment during the time spent at the dealership was first-class and personal. Kudos to the entire service department for this. I must comment that this is the first auto dealership where, during the time we were in the waiting area, we were asked more than once if there was anything that we needed. Awesome concern for customers.

The entire staff was friendly. They opened the door for you as to ensure you feel welcome! They aren't the type of salesmen to pressure you into the sale, which I loved! Hondas are great vehicles. I fell in love with my car instantly! Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident 10 days after driving it off of the lot. I was upset and definitely shaken up, but my honda kept me safe! I don't think I could've walked away unscathed from the same accident in my old vehicle. My recommendation to you: get a honda. Get one from AutoNation Honda at Bel Air Mall!!! You won't regret it!!!

The gentlemen that helped me at Auto Nation Honda were honest and courteous. The online salesman, Ron, offered me a price that I was comfortable with AND for the exact car I wanted. I decided to visit the dealership and Ron handed me over to John in order to finish the deal. I was given an additional $1000 discount for being a military service member and financing with Honda. I was eligible for the lowest interest rate they had, 0.9%. I then spoke to the finance manager and he tried to sell me additional warranties but I declined. At first, it seemed like he was being pushy but it was just miscommunication. After all the discounts, I bought the vehicle for nearly $5000 off MSRP. The only fee I had a problem with was the $500 doc fee but every dealership has it and the guys lowered the sales price in order to compensate for the fee. The state of Alabama needs to have a cap on that doc fee so dealerships dont overcharge. (TX cap=$150). Lastly, John followed up with a phone call a week later to make sure we were happy with our purchase, talk about great customer service.

Within about ten minutes of leaving Autonation Honda at Bel Air Mall after buying my 2008 Trailblazer, the check engine light came on. This happened in the middle of the tunnel, and in stop-and-go traffic, so it was more than a little nerve-wracking. I immediately called the dealership to see what was going on, and they told me that it was my problem, since it was a used car. I had the code checked at my Chevy dealer, and they said that the truck had shown this code before, meaning that the check engine light had been reset. So the first week for my new used car was spent at the Chevy dealership; parts alone were over $800 to fix. To say Id avoid Autonation Honda at Bel Air Mall in the future would be an understatement.

I have purchased at least 10 cars from Treadwell Honda, and leased 1, I have been dealing with George B. as my salesman for years, and consider him a friend as well. My only negative experience occurred at the end of the lease on My wife's Accord, we were lower than expected miles,(by a large margin) and the care was in immaculate condition, and to this day I feel that I was low-balled on the trade-in. However, otherwise I have been very happy with every transaction including service and sales, I have recommended George B. to friends, and know of at least 4 other purchases, and have not received any negative feedback. If you are looking for an honest man, call George Bethune !!!!

We recently purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot EXL from Treadwell Honda. We had done our research and knew exactly what we wanted. We just had to find a dealer that wanted to sell us the vehicle. I sent out an email requesting "out the door prices" to the five Honda dealers in the Gulf Coast area. Treadwell Honda was the only dealership to send me a detailed quote. The others just sent promises trying to get us into their dealerships. - At the dealership we were treated very well. No pressure was ever made to "up grade" or "add on" anything, nor was the price quoted over the internet changed in anyway. All in all it was a very pleasant buying experience.

To all who wants to purchase a car a Treadwell Honda in Mobile, Al be forewarned that the company carries car dealers: Ben (used car manager), Chris (Sales person) & George ( floor manager) who are highly unethical unprofessional businessmen. I recently was closing a deal on a 2001 Honda Civic Ex. Sedan (Plum color), when I brought it in to be looked at before the final closing procedures. The negotiating aspect was all said and done and all I had to do at this point was to sign the final papers and hand the check to them. George and Chris told me to leave the car for the night so the mechanic could take a look at it tomorrow, little did I know that they the next day would under mind "our agreement" and take the car I was going to purchase and sold it to another customer. While they were telling me how the car was being looked at, Ben took the car and posted it back on the lot for the next unsuspecting (higher paying) customer. When George confronted me about the "miscommunication" that was happening there, I was baffled at all the lies they were trying. Chris told me the technician was looking at it. George was telling me the same. As for Ben, he was a complete [violative content deleted] who was absolutely rude. Miscommunication, I think not! It is more like betraying the trust of the consumer (me) and being a sell out, all to just sell the car again to the higher bidder. An agreement is an agreement and would you want to deal with a company or people of the company who would do such a thing. Decide for yourself! *Note Chris later did apologize for the unfortunate event and informed me that the person who made the final decision to resell the car I was about to purchase made a bad mistake. I agree completely in the fact that they not only just tarnished the name of the company but they lost future potential customers as well! I know that I will not recommend any of my friends, family, and loved ones to do business there!

I bought a Honda Accord EX sedan from Treadwell Honda (AutoNation member) and was surprised at the no hassle deal. I guess I must have come at the right time when they needed to unload some overstocked Honda Accords. I started to put up my defences and my armor for negotiating all for naught. "I'll give it to you for invoice tax title doc fee." What no fighting over ADM's pinstriping, paint protection and all that mess? I'll be in to sign the papers this week. The F&I Dept tried to sell me some overpriced warranties but I didn't bite. My,how attitudes change when you say no thanks! Other than that it was the shortest time I spent in a dealership I think ( about 2 and a half hours). I did contact the salesman through the internet to start the process though. I think its a good idea to deal with them from the start , just my opinion.
